Billing & Payments

Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal

We accept payments via PayPal only. PayPal accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. You DO NOT need to have an account with PayPal in order to make a payment.

There is no extra charge for making a payment by Debit or Credit card. A payment gateway usually charges a percentage of the card payment as a fee, between 1.9% and 3.9%. We are proud to be the only online printing company that does not charge this fee to our customers.


Cheque or Money Order

Cheques only available to customers whose banks are located within the Singapore. Cheques or money orders must be made payable to “Kian Hong Press” and forwarded to the following address:

Payment through our payment gateway site will available from their billing options page at checkout. You will receieved a receipt by email from them. We also attached a invoice upon delivery of goods.

Buying anything internationally with your credit card, Amex, Visa or Mastercard handle the exchange rate for you through our payment gateway site. This is a simple process where you are charged in your local currency for the purchase. There's nothing left for you to do.

Your credit card statement will detail the Singapore dollar amount, the current rate of conversion, and then the amount you are being charged in your own currency.

Order & Delivery

1. Please select the product you wish to order and add to cart.

2. Upload your file(s) in the Shopping Cart area. Alternatively you may upload your file(s) once the order have completed in "My Account" area if you login. If your file exceeded 20MB, we highly recommend customer to use third party website like Dropbox.com, Uploading.com and Wetransfer.com to upload your file and send to design@namecards.com.sg

3. Please choose the shipping zone and payment method you wish to order and make payment online. If you choose to pay by cheque, your order will be processed once we have verified that your cheque has cleared.

4. We will inform you once is ready for delivery by email or phone.

Yes, all order have to place online. We does not accept any walk-in orders. If design assistance is needed, please email the files or request to Customer Service. If the file is too big, you may zip the files into a compressed folder and send to us using Dropbox (please refer to Upload Files page). Our representatives will contact you promptly.

In general, once an order has been electronically transferred through our printer network, it is put into production and can not be changed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

After an order is placed, but before it has been transferred to the printer, there is a small amount of time in which to cancel the order, recall your design, and then make changes and reorder. This window of time varies between 30 and 60 minutes after you place your order.

For future reference, if you find a problem with your that you may not be able to cancel it yourself, please contact our customer service.

Our online system is a fully self-service web site that mean you save. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast, in order to continue to provide you with the best value in the printing industry.

Yes only upon request by customer on the comment box during check out. We only send proofs prior to print by email with attached soft copy. Customer have to ensure their file include proper bleeds, necessary fonts or convert to outline and at least 300 dpi resolution and understand that RGB colours will be converted to CMYK and this may cause a colour shift.

Please login to your account and click “Order History” click the product in the “Order Details” and made payment again. Upload the file again if you have made changes to your design file.

If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your recently purchased from Namecards.com.sg, please send the entire product back to us within 30 days of receiving it, together with your Order Number, for an exchange or full refund. We will expedite the production of any reprinted materials to the best of our ability – including express shipping at our cost whenever necessary. If for some reason reprinting is not an option, we will refund 100% of your money.

An unique shipment tracking number will be provided upon delivery of parcel(s). For orders that delivery worldwide, we generally deliver via SingPost or FedEx. All prices and shipping rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars and do not include applicable duty, customs charges or taxes which are paid by the customer. You will get your shipping cost before you are required to enter any billing information.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Local Post or Mail 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

No. Turnaround time refers to our production turnaround time, which does not include shipping time. In addition, turnaround time for your print job begins calculating once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded, attached and approved. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins calculating when we receive approval for your proof reading.

Yes, we do offer 24 hours express service but not valid for same day express printing service.

Rubber Stamps Help

Yes. Keep in mind that stamps are designed in black and white only. For the best results, we recommend using an outline of your logo. You can always request a PDF Proof from us to see what it will look like when it is printed.

Please note that photos and complex images are not meant to be placed on stamps.

Creating a signature stamp will require you to scan a copy of your signature into one of our accepted file formats and upload the image to us upon making your rubber stamps order.

The rubber stamp will last for quite some time depending on how often you use it. Keep in mind that the ink pad in the stamp may run dry before the stamp wears out, so it’s always good to order additional ink pads!
